No konsole plugin on KDE Neon 6.2

What happened?

Just install Yin-yang but in plugins tab, I can't see Konsole plugin

Expected:
Be able to see Konsole plugin

I'm having the same issue, where I cannot see the Konsole plugin in the GUI. However, my configuration file includes the setting for Konsole, and yin-yang correctly sets the theme for Konsole when changing themes. So I suppose this might be a bug in the GUI?
