Can't load Osmand project

I tried opening the project with Blend Visual Studio, and got a number of errors:

'expat_wp8.vcxproj' could not be opened. The project file or folder could not be found.
same for freetype_wp8.vcxproj
giflib_wp8.vcxproj
jpeg_wp8.vcxproj
libpng_wp8.vcxproj
zlib_wp8.vcxproj
scia_wp8.vcxproj
protobuf_wp8.vcxproj
OsmAndCore_wp8.vcxproj
"Solution folders are ignored by Blend. Projects will appear directly under the solution root instead."

I also downloaded the project and tried on Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and got similar errors related to the same libraries being missing.

I'd love to see how Osmand for WP is doing but I think there are some missing steps that should be documented.

So is this project anywhere near compilable? If so I'd like to help, it's been awhile since I did .net though.

If, like me you are looking for Osmand for Windowsphone, the closest thing at this point seems to be MapFactor Free. Unfortunately it is a bit clunkier than Osmand, doesn't let you make edits, and isn't open-source.
