Map goes to the ocean

Description

During changing the screen orientation after downloading online maps, the map moves to the ocean

logcat (94).log

Steps to reproduce

1. Activate Overlay map > Select Microsoft Earth
2. Long press on the map > Actions > Download map > Download > Rotate device > Cancel > Back

Actual result

Expected result

Map remains in the same place where it was start downloaded

The bug has been reproduced using the steps you provided. After rotating the device and canceling the download window , the map "jumps" to the ocean instead of staying at the original location.

Expected result:
The map should remain centered on the location where the download was initiated.
