Show photos from Flickr tags

Describe the idea

Show Flickr deposited photos of OSM entities. The photos can be retrieved from flickr=* tag in OSM. . Flickr platform is much more tolerant towards fair use images. For example, in countries without Freedom of Panorama, it will be the only way to show POI photos, except image=* tag. But the image=* tag images require increased security due to risk of inserting there malware by bad actors, so Flickr is a much safer alternative

Expected behaviour

OsmAnd would show photos from Wikimedia Commons, Flickr, Mapillary and from image=* tag in photos section of a POI. Behavior is pretty much the same as for Wikimedia Commons. An example of such POI

Alternatives you've considered

image=* tag as an alternative for countries without Freedom of Panorama (tremendously limiting local contributors' use of Wikimedia Commons), but at the same time being less secure.
