feature request: add recent hashtags in region list view

First of all, thanks for making this very convenient tool for reaching out to new contributors.

Previously, I use other tools to welcome new mappers (e.g. feeds of sign-ups for my region) , especially those who appear to contribute edits based on local knowledge (i.e. versus tracing/remote mapping).

I feel that it might be helpful to have a column that shows the recent hashtags the mapper has used, next to the number of changesets they made. This information can also give us an indicator of how a mapper may be associated with a particular mapping effort, or initiative. Perhaps that's even more useful that locale?
