Detection issue in Washington State

vickymapping was missed as a new mapper in washington state. I think it might have been a problem with OSMCha. When I loaded her first changeset into OSMCha it didn't display correctly. The rest of her changesets seem to load into OSMCha just fine. Unfortunately her next edit was in Mexico. user id = 17743323.

User https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/moistpaste was missed. First changeset was September 18, 2023. All changesets were within Washington State. User id = 20282358. I'm going to ask on the OSMCha slack channel if they caught it. I just noticed it was not tagged as a new user.
