Add combat level skill filter/checking

"Combat" skill requirements were not being considered by the filters because combat is not a proper skill.
We applied #36 as a stop-gap solution to display tasks with "Combat" skill requirements.

To fully implement the proper solution:

• Add a filter button for "Combat"
• Add Combat to the skill checks (background color & tooltip on Task panel)
