We have a public repo cloud-gov/concourse-http-jq-resource, which is a fork of a public repo qudini/concourse-http-jq-resource in a different org. In our organization, we've created a CODEOWNERS file referencing a public team in our organization (@cloud-gov/platform-ops)
The github UI reports that our CODEOWNERS file is valid, but we're getting pinged by Allstar saying that the CODEOWNERS file is invalid. Interestingly, it reports that we've referenced the group @qudini/platform-ops - that's our group name, but the upstream's org name
