Migrating open issues from the OSSC repo

We currently have several open issues in the old Open Source Security Coalition repo:

Does it make sense to migrate those issues to the new OSSF repo?

I would just bring everything over. I don't have permissions, but seems easy enough to do this based on this article.

I am trying this option but it only allows me to transfer issues within the old coalition org. I will see if this is a GitHub limitation or a permissions issue.

Perhaps I will just move the text content of the open issues?

Yeah I'm guessing this is probably the problem:

You can only transfer issues between repositories owned by the same user or organization account. You can't transfer an issue from a private repository to a public repository.

Copying will work!
