Question: Context storage in Schedule Merger node

Hi

There are settings for Context Storage in Best Save, Lowest Price, Fixed Schedule but not in Schedule Merger. Is Schedule Merger different from the other strategy nodes in some fundamental way? I know input to the Schedule Merger node are from nodes with Context Storage but does that (i.e. Schedule Merger lacks Context Storage) mean I need to merge schedules again after a deploy/restart? I thought also Schedule Merger would keep its schedule like the other nodes? Or why is there no setting for the Context storage for this node?

I am merging one fixed schedule with another dynamically generated input so I wonder to what extent I can rely on the Schedule Merger node to store the resulting schedule over deployments/restarts.
