Works fine on local
Got this error on heroku :

Refused to apply style from 'https://cognito-jackpot-web-app.herokuapp.com/css/index.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

Result : No loader to show
