Fetch data from DB after user makes a request in the moderation panel

Problem

When a user approves, rejects, or updates a submission, the changes aren't reflected in the moderation panel unless they hit refresh.

Success

After the user's request is completed, we fetch the updated data from the database for them to see when they're navigated back to the moderation screen.
