With Safari, the Javascript Logo are missing because Safari doesn't support Webp

When update this issue, can you also help update some logos on the page?

Add "Angular" and "Svelte" to Web
Add ".NET" and "Java" to Backend and Microservices
Add "Gitlab Runner" "Prometheus" to "Infrastructure", change "Infrastructure" to CI/CD & DevOps, Remove "Travis CI"
Fix the horizontal alignment problem of Database
