Buggy Language Selection - CodeBlock

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a code block
2. Add code
3. Click the language dropdown
4. Try and select a language

Expected behavior
The select popup shouldn't disappear and the language should be changed 100% of the time

Is this from the official Docker image version? I'm unable to reproduce currently on getoutline.com

Hi @tommoor, This is using the 0.54.0v tag pulled from Github, however this has been happening for the last few versions

Double check your lockfile, perhaps it's this same issue #427
