User Profile Page Has Empty Link to Download Instructions #145

On the DMS-UI User Profile page, the text directing users to download instructions is empty and just re-directs to the current page.

It should instead point to the correct documentation page for using Score to download data (same link as used in the manifest tooltip on the results table in the Explorer):
