End rods and End crystals not rendering

Hello!

I've noticed that nether End rods or End crystals are rendering.

I'm building a temple in a world using both.

We (me and friends how play on the server) have recently rendered the hole map.

We use the textures from 1.11.

End Crystals are not blocks but entities (like Paintings, Item Frames and Armor Stands) so it kinda makes sense that they aren't rendered as there isn't any entity support afaik so this issue is a duplicate of #849
