Request: only tint floors in cave renders #1364

While the tinting that represents depth information is useful, it obscures other information. It would be nice to reduce the amount of impact from tinting. One approach would be to only tint the top side of blocks. If possible, make it configurable, to say which faces are tinted.

Another approach would be to apply some kind of gradient, so the tint only appears on the edges. Or a both at the same time.
