SMTP auth with domain + MX plan

Hello,

I'm trying to log into ssl0.ovh.net using nodemailer. I'm using the credentials I usually connect to my ovh client space with, but I'm getting auth errors. I'm getting the same error when trying the corresponding ovh domain email adress.

Is this related to 2fa ? If yes, how can I remove it ? Does removing all phone numbers remove 2fa ?
If no, what should I do differently ?

The error is : Error: Invalid login: 535 5.7.1 Authentication failed
