Add new alias to the 'interval' parameters in various configuration commands

• Add 'sample_interval' as an alias for 'interval' in the 'start' command
• Add 'reconnect_interval' for 'prdcr_add, prdcr_start, and 'prdcr_start_regex' commands
• Add 'update_interval' for 'updtr_add' and 'updtr_start' command
• Add 'ping_interval' for the ping interval in the failover feature
• Add 'reconnect_interval' for 'advertiser_add' and 'advertiser_start' command
