  1. Add button on SettingsScreen: see https://github.com/ovr/ghubber/blob/master/containers/SettingsScreen/SettingsScreen.js
  2. Open ModalPicker with list of languages: example https://github.com/ovr/ghubber/blob/master/components/EventRow/EventRowMobile.js#L341
