Remove restriction of activation checkbox

The restriction of this checkbox to only appear on the user's own calendars is not necessary.
This fixes issue owncloud-archive#376

Is there any update on this? Any timetable?
I'm currently afraid my colleagues will delete my calendar by accidentally just because they try to hide it...

Commit 8acdd52 only shows a checkbox, the checkbox state isn't saved and it doesn't show/hide the calendar.
