The contrast of the initials in the avatar is low making them hard to read

On macOS with a dark theme:

The label text colour is white, and with the left icon having a very light blue gradient, the "KJ" is quite hard to read. Maybe we can average the gradient colors and throw that into a function like mentioned in https://forum.qt.io/post/548434 .
