[QA] check that app/list doesn't contain the entry for application/octet-stream mime type

Bug report: #10086

Collaboration app was registered for unknown file extension (e.g: file.crazy). The issue has been fixed. We can add an API test to check that the application/octet-stream mime type is not listed in app/list

  • scenario for collaboration suite
  • tag the bug issue number in the scenario
