ownCloud Web's Preview app allows to display the next and previous image for files that are stored in the same folder. It is intended to eventually have the same functionality in dicom-viewer (see mockups). However together with @dschmidt we decided to wait with the implementation of this functionality until the same functionality of web-app-preview is refactored using streamlined app interface.

Once this functionality is implemented, add this code snipped again in the UI of the component that was removed in the following PR
