Documentation for developers #1629
Comments
Unfortunately I did not get any single response from the Oxen network team. This is a bit sad as I'd love to build products on top of the Oxen network but I can't learn it without documentation. I will now use Nostr instead. This network uses a different approach, but at least the team behind it responded very quickly (just a few hours after I posted my question: nostr-protocol/nips#235) and it's also built quite decentralized. |

keep in mind, the code inherited from monero has no documentation of
any kind, besides maybe some of the api endpoints for walletrpc. in
general it is a hot mess we are working with.
you may want to make an issue on the repo for strogae server about the
docs for it as that sounds like the component you want to interface
with. i THINK we have some for api docs for storage server on
api.oxen.io
if not we can add those in if we can this issue tracked on that repo,
shall i transfer this issue there?

I could not find any beginner friendly documentation for developers for Oxen. I would like to build a messenger like Session (much simpler though) using Oxen. Can you provide documentation how to interact with the Oxen network easily?
