Problem with how you updated srconfigs, delete Portal 2/portal2/cfg/cats folder

why is it in srconfigs then

its supposed to be in the srconfigs folder, but not in two different folders at once
To clarify:
Having Portal 2/portal2/cfg/srconfigs/cats/amc.cfg is good
Having Portal 2/portal2/cfg/cats/amc.cfg is also fine
Having both at the same time is not. The latter is from older versions of srconfigs
