I just came across this package. Looks very useful, thanks (especially since I'm currently working on a problem where the IPP is likely an issue).

Two quick questions:

1. Do you plan to submit to / release on CRAN?
2. Any chance that your predict method here could gain a newdata argument, so that we could ultimately integrate with marginaleffects? (C.f. Related issue with the alpaca package.)

yes, I need to fix some parts of the rOpenSci quality review (1st)
I think it would be easier to send it to CRAN 1st and then fix the rest of the review

also yes, I plan to expand the predict method to run out-of-sample predictions
