Station Metadata tab

Main help
- Describe types of filters, particularly partial match filters.

Station Data tab

Add info item for Total climatologies: "Climatology counts are always for all dates. Climatology downloads, however, can be limited to the filter date range, in which case fewer climatology values may be downloaded."
Add info item for Clip time series to filter date range: "Limits downloaded observations and climatologies to those falling within the date range specified on the Station Filters tab."
