See issues (pact-foundation/pact-jvm#506, pact-foundation/pact-support#51, pact-foundation/pact-net#217). Also array elements still need to work with existing value matchers (regex, type, etc.).

implemented in pact v4 spec and available in pact-jvm and pact-rust

to be confirmed availablity in client langs
