[Sprite Bug] Female Eevee (partner/normal) lack heart shaped marking on tail

Describe the bug

Since gen 8, female Eevee have a heart-shaped tuft on their tail instead of the normal patterning. This is absent in the starter screen (presumably as it uses the gen 5 sprites)

Reproduction

USE YOUR EYES AND SEE
(load everything save file, go to local dev and check starter screen for eevee)

Expected behavior

For it to look correct.
