[Feature] Random starter Team (fill points with random unlocked Pokemon)

Within your awesome mod/game there are so many Pokemon to choose from. How about a bit of randomness to have a fresh run?

Describe the Feature

Have the option to select a random team of (unlocked) starters for a new run.
Bonus idea: the option is to "fill" the remaining points with random starters (e.g you can choose one (two, none..) Pokemon and the game fills in the remaining points with your unlocked mons)
Bonus bonus: be able to apply filters to "filling" ("fill from selection" e.g "fill" from favorites/gen x/shiny..)

Additional context
