Publish pfp legacy manifest v3 update on chrome store #149

Google is starting to disable v2 extensions so please publish v3 port of pfp legacy as update into chrome store in order to prevent users from losing the extension and being locked out of their accounts credentials. Firefox store could still use v2 version for foreseeable future which is superior.
