reddit cog does not tell you to use DMs to setup reddit credentials. #43

I installed and loaded the reddit cog without problems. However when running [p]redditset credentials the cog does not alert you to only use inside of a DM. Commands just fail silently in a server chat.

Nothing is broken except it failing to alert the user to only use DMs to run the commands.
