we'll need new values in REFERENCE_METADATA_LIST (metadata_mapper) such as:

coverage_coordinates : a list for all kind of coordinates (point, box, polygon) as lat, lon tuples
coverage_location : a list for named places and textual location descriptions
coverage_temporal : a list for individual dates or date ranges

as well as several metadata mappings for coordinates and dates:

ISO 19115 etc: gmd:MD_Metadata/gmd:identificationInfo/*/gmd:extent
DDI codebook: https://ddialliance.org/Specification/DDI-Codebook/2.5/XMLSchema/field_level_documentation_files/schemas/codebook_xsd/complexTypes/sumDscrType.html
DDI lifecycle (somehow)
schema.org: https://schema.org/spatialCoverage
EML : https://eml.ecoinformatics.org/schema/eml-resource_xsd.html#ResourceGroup_coverage
DataCite: https://datacite-metadata-schema.readthedocs.io/en/4.5/properties/geolocation/
