Prerequisites

Before setting up the project, ensure you have the following:

  • Node.js
  • npm
  • A modern web browser supporting ES6+

Installation

Clone the repository to your local machine:

git clone https://github.com/papireddy903/crowdfunding

Setting Up the Virtual Environment

  1. Install virtualenv (if not already installed):

    pip install virtualenv

  2. Setup Virtual Environment

    virtualenv venv

  3. Activate the virtual environment

    .\venv\Scripts\activate

  4. Install Backend Modules: Install the required Python packages specified in requirements.txt:

    pip install -r requirements.txt

  5. Navigate to the frontend directory:

    cd frontend

  6. Install dependencies

    npm install

  7. Run frontend

    npm run dev

  8. Start Server

    python manage.py runserver
