Can Parcel 2 bundle (and inline) CSS dependencies from remote URLs?

Currently, I have these lines in my index.html file.

<style>
        @import url('https://unpkg.com/[email protected]/dist/paper.css');
        @import url('https://unpkg.com/@fortawesome/[email protected]/css/all.css');

        body {
            /* . . . */
        }
</style>

Is it possible to get Parcel to pull the files from the CDN and (optionally) inline them together with my own custom style?
