[API v3] [API v4] Opportunity custom fields

Opportunity custom fields are not available via the API. Other objects include custom fields in the API response, but opportunities don't include them.

2 items should be addressed:

• Documentations should include if custom fields are included in the response
• Custom fields should be included in opportunity objects like they are for prospect objects
