ramp-test will expect to find the file problem.py and will fail when it is run and it will not fail gracefully in other case.
It could be nicer to have a meaningful message explaining that the user needs to be located in the ramp-kit folder or to specify --ramp-kit-dir to a valid directory containing a problem.py.
