Trappist Release Candidate 1 (for polkadot v0.9.37)

This is the result of the efforts mainly described at issue #138 (and its subtasks) related to Rococo deployment.

Trappist Release 0.9.37 ( Runtime 9370 )

This release contains the initial genesis config for Trappist parachain based on the Polkadot release 0.9.37 and runtime version number 9370 to keep aligned with the polkadot/system chain runtime versions.
