To there:
Hi. I am using your software to define sig3 from panel data.I have some questions about the result:

This package is designed to filter sig3 from panel data. Why there is another sig appear after I run head(df$sigs_all) just like sig7?
Can I design a panel by 10 genes to get other signatures just like sig4 ?
the threshold of min samples database
