Import wallet to bitpay shows no funds

Please help!

I have imported (using recovery key) my wallet from Particl to Bitpay but Bitpay wallet shows no funds/BTC.

Are my funds lost or does it take time to see funds/BTC in Bitpay?

If I go back to particl app and use recovery phrase I can see my funds. Not sure what is happening.

Has particl lost/stolen my funds?? Why can't I see funds in new Bitpay wallet after import?

No comment or feedback even from Bitpay.
I deleted Bitpay twice and reinstalled and then gave the funds some time to load. It has since then worked. BUT only 2/3 of my BTC coins came through to my wallet. I have contacted Bitpay but no reply yet after 7 days I'm still waiting. I read somewhere it takes some time for the funds to show up but I'm not sure if that's correct.
