Photon network responses mock
build a node.js TCP socket server that responds to all soft AP protocol commands successfully.

Modify SparkSetupManager so it can run on local wifi (not device SSID prefix) - app will be able to run on simulator now
build test suite (low priority)
This will also be used by Android and Phonegap CC: @jensck @nexxy
