We discussed adapting the duration of a given waveform/pulse to fit the allowed machine precision. However, I later figured that another option is to pad the samples with 0's, so there would be a very small delay (on the QM, max 3 ns for pulse durations > 16ns) added after/before the pulse. In this case, it works the same for every waveform without changing it.
