When using the apt install method on Ubuntu 20 I accidentally selected "manual" SSL configuration even though I don't have a certificate. When asked for a domain I can only continue. So I entered a blank URL and after that it will ask me for a certificate location, when I type anything or nothing and press next the installer states that the certificate location is invalid and I should enter it again. At this point neither Esc, Ctrl + C or any other method works to cancel the installer or go back and select "none" instead.

It's not about having no certificate. When I am in the certificate location prompt in the setup script there is no way to get back or exit the setup. I had to kill the SSH session and connect again.
Already here, there is no way back. I can only enter a domain or leave it empty and press OK, there is no Back or Cancel button and the setup doesn't react to Esc or Ctrl+C.
When pressing Esc twice it's the same as pressing OK.
Now I'm prompted for the certificate location. If I cannot provide a valid certificate or simply mistyped my domain(because then any valid certificate would mismatch the domain) in the step before I cannot leave this screen anymore. The system is not reacting to either Esc or Ctrl+C.
A Cancel and/or a back button would be much appreciated.
