[CHORE] Create issues for passport-sdk with updates/bugfixes made during GR14

We made many updates / bugfixes during GR14 that should be added to the appropriate parallel packages in passport-sdk repo - we should open new issues in the passport-sdk repo to track each applicable item

To be investigated:

Done / Issue created:

• Using lowercase addresses / DIDs when updating/reading passports (addressed in tulons [used in reader], writer )
• Correctly handling fetch passport when there is actually no passport, vs. a network error - [writer] getPassport should return different errors/values for no passport vs. network errors passport-sdk#8
• Updating the PROVIDER_ID type to include new stamps added (BrightId, Github) - [types] Add additional provider names to types passport-sdk#9
• Update the message to sign for the challenge during stamp verification Not applicable for passport-sdk, this is only needed in the IAM server
• Ensuring addresses are Ethereum Mainnet addresses instead of other chains (or at least defaulting to Eth mainnet) - [verifier] allow verification of stamps issued to DID PKHs outside of Eth Mainnet passport-sdk#10
• Using newer versions of Ceramic to address stream creation & pinning bug (writer package especially needs this) - [writer] upgrade Ceramic library versions with bugfixes passport-sdk#11

Looked at dpopp repo commits from around June 13 thru today (July 5) and created passport-sdk issues for relevant fixes, see updated issue description for links
