This is slightly different from the #93

I am using the VSCode with Remote SSH Extension

The advanced-new-file extension works perfectly locally, but when installed on the Remote end, it opens up and tries to look for the save path, but then seems to time-out. Subsequent attempts to create a new file ends up in that error in subject line.
