Text editor with WYSIWYG support.

There is an interest from PF community to add a WYSIWYG editor so RH services can add live editing & commenting support. Based on a quick look I found a public React implementation that offers this functionality. We could leverage our existing code editor designs and add the additional support for the text controls.
