Install app from Google Play on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Android v14
Follow directions to connect with Home Assistant Grocy server, including QR code scanning. During verification, get error that server version 4.2.0 is not supported. Unable to complete setup.

This not only affects connections to home assistant, even trying the demo server showed the compatibility issues card, but then works regardless. For my Home Assistant instance it never loads, even though I'm getting further than @cipherbytes9 according to the logs written.

As the dialog says, crashes are likely with the server version incompatibitlity, but this has nothing to do with HASS. I haven't found the reason for the other error yet.

@gunmetaldjs You mean the "Compatibility issues" dialog keeps showing even after ignoring?

Ok that's weird but shouldn't be a problem anymore when you install the latest version.

The issue with ignoring not working also happened in regards to 4.4.0, probably leading to #911
So it seems this has not yet been fixed unfortunately.
