Drag-to-paint doesn't stop drawing

When I try to draw multiple tiles at once by clicking and holding my mouse key, it seems to "miss" that I release my mouse button, so it keeps drawing indefinitely until you do a full click-release again.

This is quite frustrating as a user. I'm not sure if it's a platform/terminal-specific issue though. I'm using iTerm2 on mac, if that helps.
