Blocks Config Causes The End Islands to not load

Im working on a Custom Mod pack for me and my friends, and one of the things ive wanted to do is remove the Ores From the end, and i thought or am guessing the Blocks Config was for that, however if any single block is turned from True to False, everything except the obsidian platform Doesn't load in. Just Empty Space, even after testing it with only better end the world still refuses to load the area
